1. Our commitment
VIPER Metrics Pty Ltd (“VIPER Metrics”, “we”, “us” or “our”) wants everyone to be able to use our website at vipermetrics.com and our platform sign-in page, including people with disability and people who use assistive technology. We apply the same standard for visitors in Australia and overseas.
We are committed to meeting our obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth), and we treat accessibility as part of the quality of our website, not an extra.
2. The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG is published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and is the standard the Australian Human Rights Commission recommends for Australian websites.
3. How we work towards it
We aim to design, build and maintain our pages so that:
- headings, lists and page landmarks are used correctly, so screen reader users can move around;
- everything that can be done with a mouse can also be done with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator;
- text and interface elements have enough colour contrast, and information is never shown by colour alone;
- images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and decorative images are ignored by assistive technology;
- forms have clear labels, instructions and error messages;
- text can be enlarged and pages reflow on small screens without losing content or function;
- buttons and links are large enough to use, and link text makes sense out of context;
- content is written in plain language; and
- nothing flashes in a way that could trigger seizures.
4. Current status
We are working towards conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We have not yet published the results of a formal independent accessibility audit, so we describe our website as working towards conformance rather than fully conforming.
This statement was prepared on 21 September 2026. We will review it at least once every 12 months and after any significant change to our website.
5. Known limitations
Some content may not yet meet our standard.
- Third-party content. Some parts of our website use tools provided by other companies, such as embedded forms and analytics tools. We do not control how accessible those tools are, but we raise issues with the providers where we can.
- Data-heavy views. Tables, charts and similar data views, particularly inside the platform, can be harder to use with assistive technology.
- Downloadable documents. Some downloadable documents, such as older PDF files, may not be fully accessible.
If you cannot use something, please tell us and we will help you get the information another way.
6. Getting help and other formats
If you have trouble using any part of our website, or you need information in another format, such as plain text or large print, or you would like to complete a task with our help, please contact us. Tell us the page or feature, what went wrong, and what assistive technology or browser you use, if you are comfortable doing so.
We aim to respond within five business days.
7. Feedback and complaints
We welcome feedback on how to improve. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can make a complaint about disability discrimination to the Australian Human Rights Commission at humanrights.gov.au.
8. Technical information
Our website relies on HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and uses WAI-ARIA where it is needed. It is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technology.
