2. What these technologies are

• Webflow, our hosting provider. Used to deliver the website, keep it secure and make forms work. The hosting infrastructure sets short-lived security and performance cookies.
• VIPER Metrics platform. Used to keep you signed in and protect your account when you use the platform sign-in. These are session and security cookies, which end when you sign out or close your browser.

Forms

• Typeform. Used to run the enquiry and lead forms embedded on our site. Typeform sets cookies when a form loads or is used.

Analytics

• Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. Used to count visits and understand which pages and buttons are used. Typical cookies are _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which last up to 2 years.
• Microsoft Clarity. Used for session recordings and heatmaps to find usability problems. Typical cookies are _clck (up to 1 year) and _clsk (up to 1 day), plus related Microsoft identifiers.
• Ahrefs Analytics. Used to measure visits and page views. Ahrefs manages its own identifiers.

Marketing and measurement

• LinkedIn Insight Tag. Used to measure the results of LinkedIn campaigns and understand our business audience. Typical cookies are bcookie (up to 1 year), lidc (up to 1 day) and UserMatchHistory (up to 30 days).

The analytics and marketing tools above are loaded through Google Tag Manager. They may collect your IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed and interactions, and share that information with the provider.

4. Session recordings

We use session recordings only to improve the website. Please do not type sensitive information, such as health or financial details, into any field on our website.

5. Overseas providers
